Re: Serving Members of the British Army arrested for 'Preparing acts of terror'
The men are being held on suspicion of being concerned in the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000; namely on suspicion of being members of a proscribed organisation

so they were arrested for being members of that organization - not for actually planning an attack?

Re: Serving Members of the British Army arrested for 'Preparing acts of terror'
You're right goosey, you should read the article first! I think we have learned something about you today my friend, not all terrorists are members of a certain religion!

They have been arrested for being members of a Far Right, Neo Nazi illegal organisation on suspicion of 'preparing acts of terror'.

So not just being members, although that would be a nickable offence in itself.

The left will be rubbing their hands with glee over this.

You have learnt that I'm very lazy & often jump to conclusions.

However, the BBC article suggests they have been arrested for being members but nothing else.

Meanwhile there are schools and "religious" centres full with hate preachers spreading the word of IS and encouraging terrorist attack on the country they live in.

I do not condone this one either just to point out.

Remember that bloke who got banged up for SIX MONTHS for putting bacon on a mosque?

Surely he's out by now, isn't he?

They would have put him somewhere safe in prison, surely where no Islamic radicals could have a pop at him, wouldn't they?

This lot are anti-Semites who want the expulsion of Jews from Europe, so they're just as likely to put bacon on a synagogue.

Think Golden Oldie with guns

Re: Serving Members of the British Army arrested for 'Preparing acts of terror'
They're certainly a sick organisation but I had never heard of them, had anybody on here?

The 4 blokes are only charged with belonging to a banned organisation.

BBC "The men are being held on suspicion of being concerned in the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000; namely on suspicion of being members of a proscribed organisation."

This outfit were only banned in December last year. Is it possible that the accused did not know that it was a proscribed terrorist organisation?

Didn't the bloke who murdered MP Jo Cox have links to one of this type of right wing organisations?

"Education: Mair [Cox's killer] attended Field Head primary school, but suffered from severe epilepsy as a child"

Didn't know he would have been a candidate for euthanasia under the Nazis. What the fuck is he thinking of?
